WORKING WITH US

Venturehaus is a specialist consultancy firm focused on delivering operational improvement in financial services organisations. We are interested in hearing from experienced practitioners with directly relevant expertise who are looking for new challenges. We are not currently offering any trainee or internship positions.

The right consultants will be well-grounded individuals, with the confidence and experience to make decisions and to use their own initiative, and the maturity to work either independently or with others. We are interested in hearing from individuals of exceptional calibre with relevant consulting backgrounds and a successful track record within Financial Services. You will need to demonstrate:

• A strong focus on delivering tangible results in business and process change within this environment
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• The ability to interact equally well with senior management, operational staff and all other stakeholders in client organisations
• The energy and charisma to deliver dynamic advice and consulting to our clients

You should be educated to graduate level and/or possess relevant professional qualifications. Most importantly, you must have demonstrable experience in business improvement within the financial services industry.
