Many larger organisations do not wish to be reliant upon external assistance in the ongoing training of their staff, but have struggled with the cost in time and resource and the quality of creating home-grown training materials. It is not uncommon for organisations to end up with a combination of ‘cobbled-together’ slide-decks brought in by staff hired from elsewhere, much of which is likely to be in danger of breaching the copyright of the original authors.

All Venturehaus training materials are now available for internal use under Licence. Institutional and corporate clients can now licence all of the Design for Operational Excellence™ training courses and business process role-play simulations and deliver their own in-house training. Venturehaus offers train-the-trainer courses and coaching to support our clients in this area.

Our clients have benefited from the provision of industry relevant state-of-the-art Operational Excellence training. Now, these offerings have been made more widely available to all companies who not only wish to do their own training, but who also demand authentic, market-leading training materials and methods.

Licences are available for any combination of all Venturehaus Lean and Six Sigma courses for Green Belt, Black Belt, Champion, Change Leadership and Awareness training, and also for all Venturehaus simulations including VentureCard (credit card applications processing) , Activator (bank account opening), LoanHaus (loans processing), and Premium Service (insurance premium underwriting, administration and accounting).
