We are interested in hearing from individuals of exceptional calibre with relevant consulting backgrounds and a successful track record within Financial Services. For a role at Venturehaus, you will need to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 5 years’ consulting experience in financial services
• A strong focus on delivering tangible results in business and process change within this environment
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• The ability to interact equally well with senior management, operational staff and all other stakeholders in client organisations
• The energy and charisma to deliver dynamic advice and consulting to our clients

You should be educated to at least graduate level, and, whilst experience in the Lean and/or Six Sigma improvement methodologies is desirable, it is not essential.

Things you should know ...

• We set very high standards for ourselves and the strength of our brand is of critical importance. We don’t cut corners and if it’s not consistent with the integrity of our brand, we won’t do it
• We don’t live in the office, so expect a healthy balance of travelling, working with a client or working from home
• Our consultancy engagements vary in length. Our training courses run for 2 to 5 days. We consult and train in many various locations, ranging from Berlin and Paris to New York and Hong Kong. We tend to be in hotels away from home when we are consulting or training
• We don’t believe in limiting achievement. We only do things that are of value to our clients, our business and ourselves. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out
• Finally ... yes, its hard work, but you’ll be hard pressed to find another job more fun, rewarding and stimulating
