Founded in January 2002, the company has rapidly built a strong brand and reputation within its niche market and has attracted an impressive list of blue chip clients. Venturehaus provides strategic advisory services and implementation support, within our consulting expertise. Venturehaus is also a training company, offering a range of courses in the field of Business Improvement for Financial Services clients.

Venturehaus is based in the City of London. In order to meet our ambitious growth plans over the next 36 months, the company is seeking to recruit further exceptional individuals into the team.

Candidates

For a role at Venturehaus, which is primarily client-facing, you will need exceptional presentation and communication skills; a relevant background in Financial Services; a strong capability in one or more process improvement methodologies and most importantly, the energy and charisma to deliver dynamic consulting and training to the clients. Ideally you will be a graduate with a minimum of 3 years’ Blue Chip Consulting and/or Financial Services experience, and have worked in either Front, Middle or Back Office. You should have experience of leading Business Improvement and change projects within this environment.

Financial Services background
Strong experience in programme/project management and business analysis
Ability to interact with Executive and Senior Management within client organisations
Experience of running a portfolio of projects with complexity and functional diversity
An effective change manager
Action orientated with a strong focus on delivery and results

We set very high standards for ourselves and the strength of our brand is of critical importance. We don’t cut corners and if it’s not consistent with the integrity of our brand, we won’t do it
We don’t live in the office, so expect a healthy balance of travelling, working with a client or working from home
Our consultancy engagements vary in length. Our training courses run for 2 to 5 days. We consult and train in many various locations, ranging from Berlin and Paris to New York and Hong Kong. We tend to be in hotels away from home when we are consulting or training
We don’t believe in limiting achievement. We only do things that are of value to our clients, our business and ourselves. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out
