Summary
Venturehaus is a specialist in the strategy and implementation of Operational Excellence in Financial Services. As a management consultancy and training firm focussing only on Operational Excellence, Lean and Six Sigma across the Financial Services industry, we offer a full range of services in the field of Business Improvement for both large and mid-market Financial Institutions. We provide operational advisory consulting, operational improvement programme design and implementation support, and the design and delivery of training courses, materials and business process simulations. We help our clients to improve the management of business operations, through more effective cost optimisation, risk management and service improvement.

Our Services
Venturehaus operates as a specialist management consultancy in Operational Excellence, providing operational management and improvement expertise to companies in the Financial Services sector. We do this by applying a combination of best operational and process management practices, within our own Design for Operational Excellence™ » framework, supplemented by our personal managerial and operational experience in the industry.
Our personal backgrounds, as former business and operations managers in major financial institutions, allow us to provide management teams in banks and financial services businesses with objective and pragmatic advice. We use our expertise in best practice operations management, and in process management and process improvement methodologies such as Lean (and, now much less often in financial services, Six Sigma), to develop and execute continuous improvement programmes for financial institutions. We provide consulting and project assistance in specific situations where a financial institution finds that it does not have the time, the resource, or, sometimes, the skill-set, to address a particular requirement in the on-going management of its operations.
We help businesses to increase operational efficiency, reduce their operating cost base and significantly improve their margins and their scalability.
